The Company does not use tracking cookies and does not collect personally identifiable browsing data.
The Company expressly does not collect through Website forms: original passports or scans, visa documents, I 94 records, original I 797 approval notices, medical records, bank statements, tax returns, birth certificates, or other sensitive personal documents. If such materials are needed after a client engages our services, the Company will collect them separately through encrypted channels.
3. Use of Information
Assessment information you submit is used only for: (a) review by an assigned consultant to provide initial assessment; (b) contacting you by email or phone regarding assessment results; (c) if you subsequently engage our services, as part of the case file.
The Company will not use your personal information for commercial promotion (such as unsolicited mass emails), will not sell or rent your information to any third party, and will not use it for any purpose outside the Company's services.
4. Information Storage
Information submitted through the assessment form is stored on Cloudflare Workers KV (located on Cloudflare infrastructure within the United States). Access is limited to the Company's assigned consultants and authorized staff. The Company implements reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information security.
5. Third Party Services
This Website uses the following third party services: (a) Cloudflare (hosting, DNS, analytics); (b) iCloud Mail hosting (for [email protected]). These services have their own privacy policies.
After a client engages services, the Company may coordinate the following third party services: document translation companies and credential evaluation agencies (such as WES, ECE). The Company shares only the minimum necessary information and requires third parties to maintain client confidentiality.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: (a) request information held by the Company about you; (b) request correction of inaccurate information; (c) request deletion of your information (subject to legal obligations); (d) withdraw previously given consent. To exercise these rights, please email [email protected].
7. Minors
This Website is not directed at children under 13. If the Company discovers it has collected information from children under 13, the information will be deleted immediately.
