LexBridge Immigration Consulting LLC (the Company) is an immigration consulting company registered in the State of Washington and is not a law firm. None of the Company's principals is a licensed attorney in the United States. The services provided by the Company do not constitute legal advice, do not constitute legal representation, and do not substitute for the role of a licensed attorney.
2. Scope of Services
Services provided by the Company include and are limited to: immigration application strategy consulting, applicant background assessment, evidence organization, drafting support for application documents, recommendation letter framework design, application form completion guidance, translation coordination, third party credential evaluation coordination, materials completeness review, pre submission internal review, and case progress tracking and Request for Evidence (RFE) response support.
The Company does not provide the following services:
- Legal advice or interpretive opinions on immigration law provisions
- Legal representation before USCIS or other government agencies in any form
- Appearance at USCIS interviews, immigration court proceedings, or any judicial or quasi judicial proceedings on behalf of clients
- Any guarantee of application outcomes or success rate commitments
- Matters requiring legal representation, including criminal records, immigration court proceedings, and complex legal disputes
For matters requiring such services, the Company will clearly inform the client and recommend that the client separately retain a licensed attorney.
3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
USCIS and other relevant immigration authorities retain independent adjudicative discretion over all immigration applications. The Company makes no guarantee, promise, or implication regarding the approval, denial, Request for Evidence (RFE), Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID), or any other outcome of any application. If anyone in the course of dealing with the Company makes statements such as guaranteed approval, success rate of XX percent, or similar, such statements do not represent the Company's position. Clients should rely on this written statement as authoritative.
4. Washington State Compliance Disclosure
In accordance with the disclosure requirements of RCW 19.154 of Washington State for providers of immigration related services, the Company hereby discloses:
- The Company is not a law firm. Its personnel are not licensed attorneys and are not authorized to practice law in Washington State or any U.S. jurisdiction
- The Company does not provide legal advice and does not render interpretive conclusions on the application of immigration law
- Before signing any service agreement with the Company, the client has the right to review the contract terms within a reasonable period and to consult an independent licensed attorney

5. Collaboration with Licensed Attorneys
In the course of handling specific cases, the Company may engage in paid consultations, meetings, or document reviews with licensed attorneys as case needs require. Such collaboration is intended to provide more comprehensive service to clients. If a client wishes to have a licensed attorney provide full legal representation for the case, the Company will assist the client in connecting with a collaborating attorney and will clearly inform the client that such attorney services are provided independently by the attorney, do not fall within the Company's services, and are billed separately.
6. Refund Policy

USCIS或其他相关移民机构对所有移民申请保留独立的审裁权（adjudicative discretion）。本公司不对任何申请的批准、拒绝、补件通知（RFE）、不予受理通知（NOID）或其他结果作任何形式的保证、承诺或暗示。任何与本公司接触过程中如有人员（无论以何种形式）作出"保证通过""包过""成功率XX%"等表述，均不代表本公司立场，客户应以本书面声明为准。

根据华盛顿州法律RCW 19.154对移民事务相关服务提供者的披露要求，本公司声明如下：
